If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered with our 30-Day Hassle-Free Return Guarantee.

🛍️ 30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange — no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

We recommend trying on your activewear carefully and keeping the packaging until you’re sure you love it.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer free size or color exchanges (where available).
If you’d like to exchange your item:

  1. Contact our customer care team at support@softskinlab.com with your order number.

  2. Indicate the item and size/color you’d like to exchange.

  3. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and ship the replacement once we receive your item.

If the item you want is out of stock, you can choose to receive a full refund instead.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable

  • Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed activewear

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@softskinlab.com so we can make it right.

🌍 International Returns

International customers are welcome to return eligible items.
Please note that return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

💌 How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@softskinlab.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You’ll receive return instructions and a label (if applicable).

  3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at your local carrier.

That’s it! Once received, we’ll notify you and process your refund or exchange promptly.
